  • Sadly the tour by tractor to the three wineries no longer exists...however the staff at the winery were very friendly and informative.
  • Wine tasting excellence - We had the pleasure of James from 10 Minutes by Tractor serving our wine tasting. James was full of knowledge that he shared with enthusiasm. He answered all our questions and didn't rush us through - instead taking the time to help us learn and therefore appreciate the wines. We look forward to returning again for another tasting and a lunch. Abbey and Jeremy (visited Sunday 3rd April 2016)
  • Having had degustations at several locations now, and all of them of a very high standard, we had high expectations for Ten Minutes by Tractor for our lunch catching up with friends. Fear not hungry reader, you will be well served at this establishment. If only you could taste the pictures with this review, you will find that taste buds are happy with each morsel. Beautiful presentation, care of the quality produce and served to the table with true professionalism from the fantastic front of house staff. Graham, Wes and Peter took great care of us and ensured our dietary 'sensitivities' were catered for. 5 course degustation was not rushed either. 4 hours, at our pace. Also, as it is foremost a winery, a great selection is on hand. We had the Pinot Noir 2014 & 2015 and it was fantastic. This region has come a long way and 5-10 years ago was not producing wines of this exceptional quality.
  • Restaurant elebrates local produce. You can have eight-course and five-course degustations, And you you wish for something unusual why not have AN ENTIRE MENU OF CHEESE matched to the on-site winery’s delicious drops. Presentation of the dishes is top notch and staff super friendly.
  • Spent an enjoyable hour being led through the gamut of 10 Minute's available tasting range by the very knowledgeable and personable James. His passion for the wine and for imparting the vision behind the wine-making process was evident in all his interactions and made what was already a pleasurable experience even more so. My companion and I were very impressed not only by his knowledge and personality but by his excellent recommendations for our next stop on our Peninsula trip (Paradigm Hill) and his willingness to allow us to 'drop his name' as we travelled around and therefore we were welcomed even more warmly by the subsequent winemakers and cellar door staff. He was attentive without being overbearing, explaining the vision and both his and the other staff’s impressions of the wines before leaving us alone to experience them ourselves and to express our opinions freely. We didn’t always agree, as tastes are an individual thing, but rather than being standoffish he was genuinely interested in how we viewed the selections he was presenting to us. The icing on the cake was when he helped us carry our purchases out to the car and suggested the best time for a return trip to the region to take advantage of the next release whilst also allowing us to avoid the crowds and give us time to savour the experience. We'll be back in July and this time will also take advantage of what looked (and smelled) to be an excellent restaurant attached to the cellar door. I cannot recommend this cellar door, wines and James himself highly enough.
  • An exquisite culinary experience complemented by superb wait staff. Jan Belkin
