Wine Tour / Tasting
T'Gallant represents the Australian wine industry admirably. Although the winery produces both reds and whites, Pinot Grigio is the specialty. Different vineyards here produce different flavors, and you can taste samples all along the Pinot Grigio spectrum from crisp and dry to fruity and sweet. Tour the vineyards to learn about their grape varieties and the viticulture process, and enjoy a wood-fired pizza in the restaurant. The winery also puts on cabaret evenings and cooking classes, so check the schedule before you visit. With our custom trip planner, Main Ridge attractions like T'Gallant can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • We came back for the winter wine weekend festival after a great experience 2 years ago. Sadly disappointed by stingy pizza that had cheap ingredients and the worst excuse for tiramisu I've ever eaten....  more »

  • We come here often for wine tasting, and sometimes for pizza. Tasting here is a nice experience, you always get to hear plenty about the wine. There's always a cellar door special to encourage you to buy a few bottles. I cheerfully recommend the Imogen, and the Romeo (but apparently they are finishing that one up). The casual meals are very nice, and seating outside with a glass is very pleasant on the right day. It does get very full on good days. Try the fig pizza when it's in season - the figs come from the tree right there.
  • Delicious food, exceptional wine, fantastic hosts both in Cellar Door and restaurant. Went out of their way to suggest tastings at Cellar Door to help choose a wine to compliment our meal all while food was prepared and then advised when food was at the table. Everything delivered with a smile and courtesy .
  • This winery is a busy, busy spot around lunchtime and it would appear that some people don’t even leave after that, testament to the good food and wine on offer. Tasty wood fired pizza is all the rage here and long share tables too so you can compare your story for the day with complete strangers, although finding a spot can sometimes be a bit tricky, but it is worth the visit!
  • We had Joshua for a wine tasting today. He was knowledgeable and very personable. It was an excellent experience. The wines were excellent particularly the Romeo, proseco and the new red blend. Thanks for the great experience.
  • Great little winery, excellent food, though with no reservations it can be a nightmare to get a table outside on a busy day. Best go during the week when open.
