Not to be confused with the SeaWorld chain in the United States, Australia's Sea World Theme Park offers a mix of massive marine animal exhibits, dazzling shows, and thrilling rides. See how dolphins care for their young at the Dolphin Nursery Pool, observe penguins on land and underwater at Penguin Encounter, and get up close with sharks at Shark Bay. Polar Bear Shores serves as Australia's only polar-bear exhibit, and Ray Reef contains over 100 rays for you to feed. The seal show has an engaging storyline with both seals and humans acting it out. The rides area includes both thrilling roller coasters such as Sea Viper and children's adventure areas like Beach Break Bay. Using our custom trip planner, Main Beach attractions like Sea World Theme Park can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

I will keep this as short as possible. This place is unreal. From entering the gates you'll see it's much more than just a theme park, from the informative and at time hilarious live shows to the countless amount of information boards scattered around the park you'll walk out with more knowledge and a better understanding of how important it is to protect our native sea life. The Seal Show, The Dolphin Affinity Show, and the Jet Ski Stunt shows where a definite must see, and they all play at least twice through out the day. The rides are wonderful and cater for almost all ages, the Storm coaster, and the Viking Flume where awesome, and not at all terrifying, so take your little ones on those. There is a section of the park just for the young ones which is sponge Bob themed and has plenty to do, but not enough that you can't try it all in one day either. The park is spread out fairly wide so wear some comfortable shoes and prepare to do some walking on mild sloping paths. I can't describe how absolutely beautiful the whole place is and how much work goes into keeping it that way, from parks, to enclosures, gardens and habitats, the whole SeaWorld experience is not to be missed if you have a spare day when you're on the Gold Coast.
Great place to learn, interact and have fun with sea animals. It's worth planning your day out to ensure you get to all the shows/feeding sessions you want. Excellent place for kids, there is so much for them to do and learn - mine loved feeding the sting-rays! Good mix of rides, animal exhibitions and shows.
Rooms are dated, seafood Buffett is best avoided, staff are generally very nice, location to seaworld resort is fantastic, some guests smoke in rooms and corridors and this is suppose to be a Non Smoking resort... Overall quite nice if you are only coming here to enjoy Sea World
Rude manager lost my brother hugo boss suite cover and hanger and sent to other room when we contacted them about that they blamed us but eventually found it returned it us after a day they lost his cuff links he had to go to the gala dinner with cuff open. The Air conditioner in the room broke second night and we were told it will be fixed but it was never taken care of we slept in a hot room. What bothered me the most the lack of empathy and taking responsibility. His total night was ruined he had spent so much money on the suite and shirt. The bed were below par and toilet articles ie body wash etc werent refilled. I will never recommend to anyone. Please go else where its not worth spending money on
What a joke. The main food court area is under refurbishment and very little else put in place to replace it so huge cues. Additional there is insufficient wayfinding signage so people were continually walking down blocked paths. Also the monorail was not working so we had to walk from one end of the park to the other to get food which was tough on the oldies with us. 45 mins to get food is a joke, if we knew it was this bad we would have bought our own in.
