  • We always pop in for a paddle to cool off when in Mackay. On our recent visit we noticed a few local deros filming and harassing female backpackers- good to see the police quick to move them on.

  • It's always clean, beautiful views. A great place for a family bbq or day out. Kids play areas are safe and look like fun.
  • Love coming here with the kids. Great as it is free! Quite busy in the hot weather, but still great. Quite a lot of kids parties here. BBQ facilities & a cafe on site.
  • Awesome lagoon for local Mackay residents and travellers passing through. Great family outing that doesn't cost you anything. Close to shopping centres and eateries around the place.
