  • Great place to visit. Good waterfalls
  • The whole area is spectacular and amazing. Lots of bush walking and views
  • Good picnoc area.Quiet and spacious.Close to nature and have a small park for kids.
  • Of all the Australian waterfalls, this is probably the most accessible and spectacular (close to rail/bus/road near Katoomba to the west of Sydney). The walk down to the main falls is very pleasant along well maintained paths and secure fences. The path follows the brook (the top Leura Cascades) all the way which gently falls away till it reaches the main leap. A worthwhile day trip if you ever wander over to the East Coast and your time is limited. Photographers make sure you bring a tripod. You will get great shots of the cascades and the main fall.
  • Good place for family BBQ.
