  • Great day out with the family. The story running through the day was Robin Hood and it was super entertaining and we'll spaced out so it never felt like you were at a loose end. The only downside is that there was no real shade for seating and prices were quite high for food etc. The grand jousting was amazing to see, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. 90% wheelchair accessible, only two or three places that couldn't be reached but not really a big deal. Arrive early if the show is on, as they take a fair amount of time to watch during the day.
  • The show they put on is great with a story line that is told over several short performances through the day which things interesting. The acting is good with actors remaking in character. The jousting done at the end is well down with lances shattering when hitting the opponent. We took a picnic and had it on one of the many picnic tables. Well recommend especially if you have kids
  • Kids had a ball, just as I remember it from when I was a kid. We drove 2 hours to go there and did not regret it at all. Was great to have Robin Hood (who I stirred up a bit) and other charecters wandering around interacting with the kids. I think we will return for sure and might go the next level and do the noble experience, where you dress up and have guide.
  • Fun for my kids at 7 n 9 years old. Face painting was excellent and the potion workshop was the highlight. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Would be nice if there's animal feeding for the kids.
  • The amusement park is cute and quaint. It offers a modest medieval experience paired with much enjoyed enthusiasm. The real hit was the murder mystery dinner. Could not recommend enough. The actors were superb! The night exceeded all expectations everyone is my large group of 16 had. I definitely want to go back and experience not only the other "endings" offered by the murder mystery night, but I know want to see all the shows offered at the castle. The staff were all faultless. Thanks for an amazing weekend!
