The Mill Providore and Gallery was taken over on the 1st July 2014 by the Stillwater Restaurant team. The crew aim to make it a foodie hub stocking lots of Tasmanian treats as well as a splash of International goods. Lots of Tasmanian crafted wares such as timber products, pottery, jewellery, accessories, beauty products, candles and books. The Gallery will be a community focused gallery featuring both up and coming and established local artists. Address: Ritchie's Mill, 2 Bridge Rd, Launceston (near the Kings Bridge entrance to the Cataract Gorge)

  • Nice little providore that is tucked out of the way. They have local food products from various suppliers and quirky gifts. Well worth a visit

  • Great place for local cheese and wine selections. Great atmosphere and coffee. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
