The Mill Providore and Gallery was taken over on the 1st July 2014 by the Stillwater Restaurant team. The crew aim to make it a foodie hub stocking lots of Tasmanian treats as well as a splash of International goods. Lots of Tasmanian crafted wares such as timber products, pottery, jewellery, accessories, beauty products, candles and books. The Gallery will be a community focused gallery featuring both up and coming and established local artists.   • I stopped here on my walk to the Gorge. The waiter who looked after me was very helpful with directions to the Gorge. Enjoyed the best coffee and sat in a small room off the restaurant with nice views...  more »

  • Yeah good to place to eat if you like smashed Avos / fancy breaks (not your standard bacon and eggs). Good coffe, good service, but no country discounts. You will pay up.
