We happened to be in Launceston on a Saturday morning & staying nearby, so we're lucky enough to be able to go. A good variety of excellent fresh food.  more »

Awesome markets. Do your weekly shopping here and get some brunch and coffee too!

Enjoyable and small market. Plenty of local produce, hardly any touristy stuff, easy to move around. Great atmosphere.

Fresh food and everything else you expect from a morning farmer's market. We got some fresh apples - a bag of about 8 or 10 for $1.50(!) and had some good coffee, bacon egg roll also some excellent baklava and some local honey leatherwood I think it was. Just a nice enjoyable morning

This market is nothing short of heaven (if you like beautiful fresh food products). We were down in Tassie for a weekend so decided to drop by and devour incredible dry-cured maple bacon (and a garlic version), delicious raspberry tarts, perfectly squeaky haloumi, Korean pancakes, Afghan pastry and some locally roasted coffee to wash it all down.

Possibly the best thing in Launceston, certainly top three. Great produce, great vibe, couldn't ask for more.
