  • The location and grounds were absolutely beautiful! Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the outdated facilities such as toilet and general decor however I loved the charm and vintage feel that it gave. The restaurant downstairs was decent quality and affordable but overly busy and understaffed.
  • Stayed here for about two weeks and I am not impressed. When raising issues with staff they just seem to try and put the blame on someone else rather then addressing the issue and try and solve it. Room is clean but had to tell housekeeping to change my sheets after 7 days stay. Then there is the cob webs in the corner of the room... Place is ok and some staff seem to work so hard and try their best but is let down by the rest. It also feels a bit dated even though renovations has been done. Gym is a bit of a joke with no free weights and machines fixed with electrical tape. Excellent location and nice and quiet.
  • We had dinner at the terrace restaurant, the service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the chicken roulade and my husband had the pork belly. Portions were perfect size and the meat was tender and delicious. We had mains and dessert. Everything was well priced for such a sophisticated restaurant. Thank you to Trent our waiter for making our 8th wedding anniversary so enjoyable. We will return for another meal and we will highly recommend this restaurant to all.
  • Relaxing place to stay with good onsite facilities as well as Casino and restaurants close-by. Launceston city only 10 minute.
  • Great quality food and friendly staff. Building was well looked after and quite nicely laid out. Only downside was we thought the buffet meal was a bit pricey for what was on offer.
