  • Happy little animal park, cheerful animals and very clean and tidy. Eclectic and entertaining gift shop and all the macadamia themed and locally made food products were delicious. Great place to pick up gifts for friends and family, which you can do without paying admission to the mini zoo.
  • Tesla charging station here. A god send. Nuts are great to try. Sweet Macadamias and plain roasted are the best. Great place to spend time while vehicle charging. Some local foods available as well.
  • This place used to be a 'must stop' and I'd go through simply for nostalgia. Now that the highway had been diverted around it, it seems like whoever owns it just didn't care anymore. We took our toddler through in December and were disappointed - yes there are animals and things but not worth it for the price they charge.
  • I had a great time here. Don't let "macadamia" mislead you! It's really a small zoo with a fun bird show, feed some animals, train ride, reptile show and typical touristy shop with nice selection of items and a reasonable cafe with some brutal pancakes! Nice place to go with family young and old.
  • The food here is amazing, the macadamia products are yummy. The gift shop has a wide selection of items for sale. I have been here a few times. Bunny petting is certainly the highlight. The entry fee into the park is not justified though. If the entry fee was lower I'd visit most road trips. You're only allowed to line up for bunny petting once. My daughter got lucky on our visit she was allowed to line up a second time because they weren't busy. The bunny petting is the only hands on experience** we got** with the animals and is by far our favorite part of the experience. A fun place to stop, the playground inside the ticketed part of the castle was memorable for my daughter.
