  • The pancakes!! The choices are endless and they are amazing! Lots to do at the castle, a great place to stop for a refresher. Great service and a huge variety of gifts in the store next to the cafe. L...  read more »
  • Driving North we were intrigued by the signage for 'Macadamia Castle'. We visited Lennox Head and the amount of their signs on every roundabout and turning bordered on the obscene. ( Being a business ...  read more »
  • Last day of the school holidays we ventured to the castle. It started to rain when we arrived so decided to eat at the cafe. 2 adults and 2 kids we had the super stack and shared it. The chef (Bronwyn...  read more »
  • This place is fantastic! Staff were friendly, activities are constant and the kids had an absolute ball. We have been living in the Byron Shire for 2 years and went to the Macadamia Castle for our first time on Sunday for our daughter's 5th birthday. I can't believe we haven't been before! Great value for money, and a fantastic spot for the kids and family. I just hope the moving of the highway doesn't cause the place too much disruption.
  • Funny old place that brings together tacky theme park chic with some good environmental messages. We patted goats, stroked baby chickens, cuddled rabbits, played mini golf and... yes ate macadamias. I don't understand what the overarching theme is, but it was a bit of fun.
  • WOW......just WOW! Great food, and great fun! Excellent service from the staff, and reasonably priced for the travelling public. Not on the highway anymore, with a 5 Km side trip to get to it, BUT well worth the time to eat great food and rest up! Look for the turn off to Lennox Head from the M1.
  • Now that the Pacific Highway is bypassed and they don't have that normal traffic volume and passing trade, they need to lift their game. They need to make travellers want to go out of their way. As it is currently, it is starting to feel tired!
  • My pass was expired for only 1 day (1 DAY ONLY) after having a pass for the last 3 years. And she doesn't let me in with my 2 kids who start crying in the front of her (they like the ride in the train...) and she just walked away and doesn't even say goodbye. It was 3.30pm they closed at 5pm... Thank you so much. We won't make any ads for you anymore. And that's the last time you saw us...
