Milson Park, Kirribilli

Stunning park during October the Jacaranda season. The purple flower will definitely make you take you take a picture or two to remember this beautiful place. Park itself is really nice too. Has a big picnic area for family. Great place for a afternoon relaxing. It’s quite a busy area. So if you want to take pictures in the middle of the road. Please check if there’s a car coming or not. Don’t block the whole road and cause trouble for other people who just passing through.

I like this park. Its near the water, has a cafe and a good playground for kids, it is well tended, large, good for a picnic. But for me it's missing that "something special" which prevents me giving it 5 stars.

We went to visit there in a Tuesday evening. The weather was clear and the park was quiet. The view of the yachts and small ships were awesome. What made our vist more entertaining was the blooming jacaranda flower on the sidewalk of the park. Seating, drinking water, accessible toilet and playthings are available so you can also travel with your kids.

Best place to see Jacaranda blooms when it is on season. Make sure to come early to avoid traffics and sea of people. And be mindful with your surroundings when taking pictures.

Very nice for a picnic. Quiet big park with children play area . Good and relaxing place to watch the sunset.
