  • The guide in the cable car said that Sydney's water originates from here. Great fall if you like that sorta thing.
  • Easy trail walk from the parking lot. About 8 km east of Katoomba. At 3:30 PM during the week, there were only 10 cars in the parking lot - not very busy, away of the mass crowd.

  • Great place for entertaining our two international visitors. There is less crowd here than three sisters and yet still the same spectacular view. We enjoyed one of the many picnic tables to spread out a morning tea.
  • Great views, great atmosphere. However, the rocky steps and footpaths can be a bit dangerous, so take extra care if you take any little ones with you. Make sure you have enough water with you, it does take longer than you think it will.
  • Great walk that leads down to a waterfall. Its so nice and peaceful, great to also sit down and have a quick lunch. Make sure you take water with you. Please take extra care if you have little ones with you I've seen a few kids trip. It can be very slippery, so make sure you have appropriate footwear with you.
  • Shouldnt miss this place on the way to Bluemountains.. awesome view and good walk
  • Great lookout, but depending on the weather the mist might block your view. Best to spend more time and do some trekking to different areas around to get a better view.
