Usually love this place, but went in today at 5 (website and door says it closes at 6), just to grab some drinks. The lady basically verbally abused us, telling us "we're not making hot food, we've worked all day with only two staff, it's 5 o'clock, so unless you want to buy chocolate, we're not doing it." If the kitchen is closed, fine. If the coffee machine is off, cool. But it is not my fault that you were understaffed and it's not like we walked in at 5 minutes to close. So thank you for your rude words, I'll be sure not to bring my annoying presence back.

Nice cosy place to have a nice cup of hot chocolate, coffee, cakes or even ice cream! I had a hot chocolate and double scoop ice cream on a cone, cost me about $13. Enjoyed the ice cream, the hot chocolate wasn't to my liking but I generally don't take hot chocolate, my wife loved the hot chocolate though. The hot chocolate comes in a "furnace glass". You put the chocolate bits and milk, then the candle at the bottom of the glass furnace heats it up. Pretty cool.

Beautiful handmade chocolates. Great place to enjoy a coffee and a chocolate while the kids play on the play equipment.

Delicious quality chocolate, cosy interiors and very friendly staff! The cold weather was just begging for hot chocolate, which was smooth and creamy without being overly heavy. The chocolate candies were delicious as well, but the dark coins were the best! Will definitely come back in the future.

First rate and delicious chocolates in every possible flavour. Combine that with excellent and friendly service and great coffee; what more could you ask for?
