Art on a Limb Gallery has been created for those persons who create paintings, drawings, sculptures as a profession or a hobby, for persons engaged in one or more of any of a broad spectrum of activities related to creating art, practicing the arts, and/or demonstrating an art.

Art on a Limb Gallery encourages artists that are either local or/and or live in surrounding areas of Ipswich, to be a part of the creation of this on line gallery.

Art on a Limb Gallery Ipswich brings together a group of collective like minded local artisans and art lovers to promote and sell their unique pieces to the public without having to display in shops or their own gallery.

If you live outside the immediate area, this is fine, it is all about helping Artists to share their creations and share their love and passion with the public.

  • The kids holiday program is worth the visit however make sure you go way before closing time because although they officially close at five they start pushing you out at four (they start packing up and telling visitors they can't touch what's already packed up... Bizarre). If only they could bring the kids program to GOMA where they actually close at the official time and not earlier.
  • Fantastic gallery offering lots of wonderful activities for the whole family in addition to a very interesting program of exhibitions. Well worth the visit.
  • Well presented with friendly staff. Awesome kids holiday programs and exhibits. Always a good day out.
  • Wonderful place to take the kids on a rainy day, they always have an amazing interactive workshop for kids.
  • Not bad. Interesting collection of local art (including a motorcycle sculpture). Good way to spend half an hour.
