Take a tour through Hervey Bay’s history with a stop at one of many blacksmith and woodcraft demonstrations, and see skilled artisans create a variety of wooden objects, such as miniature horseshoes and tiny goblets. Also included at this village-museum is a model of the landmark Uragan Pier, built in 1917, the same year the original pier was constructed.
