Our older kids had a good time holding some guinea pigs, patting goats, and riding a pony. It's a fairly small place and there are not a lot of animals to see, but it's great for a 1 hour break.
I took my nephew here when he was 10 months old and I found it was a nice little place with lots of place areas for the kids and if you take a picnic you can sit under the trees and feed the ducks the... read more »
Wow! Stumbled upon this little gem today. Saw the price as we were walking to the entrance and thought maybe a bit high.. Once inside and were advised that everything but pony rides were free we thought that sounds like money well spent. Can grab as many buckets of feed as we wanted. No need to feed the bigger animals as the just come to say hello anyway. Kids (and also big kids at heart) loved the bottle feeds that we were invited to join in with at 3pm. Were allowed to ride the tractor train as many times as we pleased. Merry go round also. All in all was very pleased with our little discovery. Will be definitely going back. As for the odd few that didnt have the same experience as us according to google reviwes. Id suggest possibly trying to give it another try. Was nothing like you have described. And dont forget a farm is a farm. Its not going 2 smell like roses.
I love coming here to volunteer! the work put in to clean the place and look after the animals before very one arrives, during the day and after everyones gone at the end of the day is amazing! All the animals always have clean, fresh water to drink and always have plenty of food. The food in the buckets for the rabbits and guinea pigs is very fresh and don't sit for to long and go yuck. The staff are all very friendly and alway put a smile on my face :) thank you cuddly animal farm! you guys are awesome!
Very nice place to visit for family. Kids love it with its nursery of various animals and can feed or ride some of them. I would recommend the place when you want to entertain visitors from other state or overseas, or when you want your children to spend entertaining and instructive moments and learn to appreciate animals other than pets.
Great place and Family day out. Recommend to anyone. Not many places around that you can get up close and be able to touch and hold the animals. Looks like a lot of hard work goes into maintaining and looking after the animals. Will be back again for sure!
Its a compact place. Not bad, but a bit pricey for its size. Bbq facilities are not recommended as lots of flies and not very clean. You can pay extra for poney rides etc.
