  • This is a beautiful place to come for a walk. We also all get together and have BBQs here with family. Unfortunately when the big storms came through in October a lot of the big old trees fell down. W...  more »
  • My partner and I came here the other day and went for a little walk to see the dam and we loved all the trees and how the area is really leafy green :)

  • Great day out with your dog with plenty to do! There is few nice tracks to take like Lookout track, scenic Views track, Henderson Hill track, Maroondah Forest track. You can explore dam, scenic lookout, solar watch, historic valve houses, lily pond, outlet tower, the ‘Rose Stairway’, exotic gardens, native eucalypts, and the reservoir spillway (overflowing during spring, depending on seasonal conditions).
  • A great spot for a rest if driving through Healesville. Also a nice spot to eat lunch at. The walk along the dam wall is well worth it.
  • Wonderful place for a picnic with friends and family. Ideal for kids and international tourists as it isn't too far from Melbourne with a large car park and all amenities you're likely to need.
  • Beautiful parklands with ample picnic and grass areas. The dam is a short uphill walk with more walks throughout the park. Perfect for a Sunday autumn lunch with Healesville nearby.
  • Is a great place to visit. Very pretty.
