  • The Shear Outback is perfectly positioned slightly out of town with a nice open feel to the restaurant. The food is of reasonable quality but it is mostly deep fried options on the menu.  more »
  • Museum is OK. The demonstration was sensational. We is value for the whole family to visit. Hay is also on the route between Adelaide and Sydney

  • We visited on a day when sheep weren't being shot because of rain further east. This place has a wonderful array of everything shearing. The shearing shed is set up to be the real thing. There is a ca...  more »

  • Amazing range of products in the shop, Kathy is amazing at stocking great quality and priced goods
  • A lot of information on sharing. Sharing demonstration included if you are at the right times.
  • A great local history museum. Well worth the visit. Has a local cafe and good souvenir shop. The shearing shed is amazing and the maze is quite fun. The property that it is on is brilliant.
  • Great facility but a bit pricey for entry.
