  • Easy! Small walk but fantastic views! Sneak much more beautiful than the view from The Pinnacle of The Baroka Lookout. Tip, go early or go late! In the afternoon the buses to and thousands of amateur photographers (aka Japanese) dropped that a day trip Grampians.

  • Stayed in Halls Gap for a couple of nights and it's fair to say the weather makes all the difference to this wonderful area. It's wonderful anytime of course but on day one, we experienced heavy overc...  more »
  • For the best sunsets in the Grampians one must visit this lookout. Especially for families with younger kids, the lookout and balconies are a stone throw away from the car park so really a major plus.  more »

  • One of the MOST BEAUTIFUL sunsets I've ever seen!! Pray it's a nice sunny day, with a few clouds spread across the sky, and there you have your perfect sunset at Reed Lookout with a wonderful Panoramic view of the Victoria Valley and the surrounding mountain ranges. It is a 20-25 minutes drive from the Visitor's Centre. There's a nice parking spot, from where, it is just a minute's walk to the nearest and the best lookout point, to your right. It is mostly crowded on weekends, but on weekdays, you can pretty much have this wonderful spot all to yourself! There is another lookout point(Balcony) to the left of the parking lot too, just 15 minutes walking distance, but it's definitely worth that walk!! After you've enjoyed the mesmerising sunset, if you like star gazing and have enough guts to stay beyond the sunset(because it gets super dark and scary up there later), I highly recommend you do. You'll see the Milky Way so clearly, you'll be amazed.. Having said that, you can also see it from anywhere in the town as well.. :P
  • Amazing experience and breath holding view. Do not miss the spectacular sky view 🌌 and star show ⭐️ at night !!
  • Easy to get there by driving. The view is not bad.
  • Glorious views, worth the effort of getting out of the car and walking a few metres
  • Stunning views and easily accessible from car park. View here is far more impressive than the balconies.
