  • Great view from the lookout, you can see for miles on a clear day, well worth the drive on a sealed road.
  • We took the kids to the Glass House Mountains lookout just stunning. Didn't do the walks as they are a little young but the drive is beautiful and on a clear day the mountains are stunning!
  • This track is just a little over 6km long. I would say it would be good if you had some level of fitness and wanted a small challenge. There are a couple of steep inclines if you want to go to the loo...  more »

  • Very nice place, a must to visit! Bring time, sunscreen and water. And good shoes - it's not recommended to visit the tracks with thongs/flip-flops...
  • The place is amazing for its beauty, but beware of parking your car in any of the car parks for a walk. We parked in the Mount Tibrogargan Carpark whilst doing the 3.3km walk around the base with the kids. When we returned the hire car had been broken into. The low lifes left our door wide open and the car was soaked from the rain. Apparently this happens quite frequently in these places. There was a man walking alone on the track behind us and thought it was strange he didn't overtake us on the path because our kids were quite slow. I felt really uneasy about him, it almost seemed as if he was following us to monitor our time on the track. Do not leave anything in your car!
  • Glasshouse Mountains .... spectacular. The views, scenery the large glass top mountains that once spewed out molten lava. This place has it all for all the adventure seekers, heaps of tracks to take the 4WD, motor bike, horse or for the hikers it is just a matter of where do you start from?
  • Mountain views are insanely beutiful and well worth the climb, but can be very difficult for inexperienced hikers
  • A fabulous area to visit with spectacular scenery waiting to be seen.
