  • Relaxing, quiet walk amongst the treetops. At the end of the Airwalk there is a beautiful view of where the Huon and Picton rivers meet. Well worth the drive specially on a sunny day like we had.  more »
  • We got here early before the crowds and had the place almost to ourselves. We did the skywalk then the main walk anti-clockwise back to the visitors centre in just over 1.5 hours. The first half of th...  more »
  • We enjoyed our time spent here. Did the AirWalk at leisure as well as a pleasant brisk walk taking in both swinging bridges. Finished with a nice lunch at the cafeteria.  more »

  • What a great way to spend the day. You can get a self contained cabin close by or a communal cabin. When it opens at 10:00 you are welcome by great staff. The walks are beautifully picturesque on and off the air walk. The swinging bridges are a must!. On your return back to the main building sit down and enjoy the well priced and generously sized meals that taste great. Fantastic day out!
  • Absolutely beautiful! Even though we went on a cold, windy and rainy winters day I wouldn't have had it any other way. There was something extra beautiful about walking amongst the trees through the fog. The staff at the cafe were friendly and the food was delicious and warmed our bellies after walking around in the rain. The big fireplace in the middle of the cafe was a good place to hang our jackets out to dry while we ate.
  • I'm of two minds about airwalks. They're a great excursion, but sometimes don't necessarily feel like they're worth the cost. $18 pp isn't awful, yet $40 could get you a decent lunch. Anyway. It's a good excursion and worth a visit to get out in nature and see a bit of the Tassie country in a way that you wouldn't necessarily otherwise.
  • Mesmerising location. To walk amongst such pristine wilderness and to meet the 'old folk' of the forest was incredible. Such a privilege to share a day with them. Air walk and bridges were fantastic for immersing yourself in the forest. Despite the rain, our spirits weren't dampened because it was all so beautiful. Great facilities, lovely fire and helpful staff.
  • Despite the drizzle...the air walk and swing bridges were fantastic. The let down came later........the coffee from the cafe was terrible. My wife said it tasted like it had been made with longlife milk. Neither of us could drink it.
