  • Years ago we used to visit this place whenever we were in the area. It was known as The Fragrant Garden. Now there is a sign with Distillery Botanica and a website that states the opening hours. So we...  more »
  • Been here a couple of times, and honestly it is some of the best gin I've had. They do a slightly citrus one as well as a more traditional one with locally grown herbs. You won't be able to leave with...  more »
  • Out of the way in a beautiful part of the central coast. Hosted by the distiller, Philip Moore. Such a great story and such great creations. The gins are superb - interesting, intriguing and carefully...  more »

  • If you are in the area it is a must visit. Philip Moore, the owner/distiller, will give you a tour of the distillery and explain how he makes each spirit, as well as a taste of each one of his range of award winning spirits and liqueurs. It is informative and very enjoyable to taste and understand the process. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of product you are getting, and from a small independent operation.
  • Just dropped in to check out a local distillery. Was very surprised by the quality of the gin and good customer service. Really liked the Moores Dry Gin and have been enjoying it ever since.
  • Distillery is great but nothing else was open. The gin and liqueurs are top notch and worth the visit.
  • A lovely place to visit with family on the weekend, I was particularly impressed with the lemon myrtle liqueur and my partner was in awe of the gin!
  • We ordered from this place after one of my friends spoke so highly of their gin. My brothers 30th was approaching and he loves gin. This was back in February. We put the wrong address when we ordered... a glitch on the webpage left out my unit number... so after several weeks and the gin not showing up we called. They were ridiculously hard to get a hold of to start... but the mistake was ours so we didn't blame them. My brothers birthday came and went. The gin would be returned to the winery as it was undeliverable without a unit number. They kindly said they would resend it and confirmed our address in the phone. They sent it to the same address... even after confirmation. Now the tracking says it has been delivered which can't happen without a unit number. After TWO MONTHS of back and forth conversations via email because they are impossible to get in contact with on the phone there has been no resolution... we have asked for a refund and been ignored... they have stated that it is an issue for us to take up with Australia post. Which is simply not true... We ordered in Feb it is now the end of May... Poor customer service on an order over $100... do not order from them!
