  • Great museum! Very impressive exhibits and a good way to learn about whaling and why it was so specific in Eden. Not too long to visit so the kids like it.
  • A really fascinating place with a wonderful story to tell. The written information is impressively clear and accessible and the exhibits are brilliantly arranged: you can't fail to learn something new. Photographic and filmic material is used to great effect. A great place for all the family.
  • Fascinating story behind the museum, if you are in Eden and have an hour to spare it is worth visiting.
  • Pretty good small museum for the town. Learnt lots about local history and whales in general.
  • Interesting links to local history - well put together
