  • Appalling customer service. I told the lady I wasn't sure if my knee would handle the slides (had knee reconstruction recently) but was told had to pay $40 for any water activity and she seemed impatient at my indecision so I paid $40 for a full ticket. After entering I found that I couldn't climb the large slide (it wasn't a proper ladder as I was expecting) and there was no pool like in Perth. I went straight back to the counter, was made to wait until all the line was processed and was told "no refunds". I asked to speak to the manager and handed over my wristband as evidence I was not using anything. I was told he would be in after 12. I left with my sons at 3pm and again was told "no refunds". So I paid $40 FOR NOTHING. Why wasn't I allowed in to look at the facility before being asked to pay? Particularly given spectators are free??? I even paid full price for both my kids when everyone was using entertainment vouchers of 2 for 1, but that wasn't enough profit for them. Greedy.
  • $160 for 4 people 2 kids and 2 adults. Although they offer combo rates, there are not a rate for adults accompaning there kids at the water park which is disappointing when you have to pay full rates. Kids play area are dirty and full of spider webs. As for the putt putt, damaged courses and equipment. Ill agree with some ither reviews, way to expensive for what is offered!
  • Seriously 40 bucks just for slides may as well just go to the beach. RIP OFF!!! And on top of that no flipping on trampolines. What else are trampolines for ??? 😡😡😡 #ANGRY
  • We always have an excellent time at the park particularly with the new water slides they have put it! The kids think it's great and it's even better for us as we don't have to pay to get in and can watch the kids on the sidelines with a coffee in hand! Food choices are great as not sure what the other reviewer was on about as there were plenty of healthy options including wraps and salads. Great value day and the kids were knackered at the end and I could read the paper in peace. Win win for all!
  • Overall a great place to take the children. Daughter loved it, and lots to do. Great facilities and lots of seating space. Unfortunately, our service regarding healthy food wasn't quite what we had expected. Pretty much the entire menu came with a side of chips/fries. We requested that instead of this, we would like just a small salad as we try to feed our 3 year old daughter healthy food only (particularly stay away from anything fried). The staff were very rude and abrupt when it came to this request, and ultimately were were denied the swap out. I found that this service completed contradicts the healthy, active lifestyle they are promoting just outside the cafe in all the play areas. You would think even if they don't advertise salads as an option, they could at least cater for us as a once off. It's not like they couldn't actually make the salad (I saw plenty of burgers leaving with plenty of salad), they just refused to move away from their set menu. All I wanted was some lettuce leaves, tomato and cucumber slices in place of some fried chips - not that much to ask for you would think! Let's hope I have better luck next time.
