  • Was taken here for lunch as a treat but didn't enjoy it as much as I was hoping. I couldn't get a pizza changed from the menu as the chef couldn't do that apparently. ( just wanted some meat on a certain pizza ) Had the burger with the $2 pickles which came on the side in a separate small bowl? I assumed they would have been inside the burger. Nice premises with a cool herb/veggie garden to wander around and beautiful views. Wouldn't come again for a meal.
  • The staff were so down to earth and friendly even when incredibly busy. Pizza bases amazing!!! Great place to take the kids with a huge fenced lawn and playground that is viewable from the deck. My only negative was the salad I ordered with pizza was less than fresh and I'm finding this a trend amongst breweries. Obviously not many people order salads when they come to drink beer!
  • We came on the long weekend which we have taken into account but we waited over an hour for a table and multiple parties were given tables before us. They put us in a lovely area to wait by the fire but then forgot about us. The food came out pretty quickly but they mixed up our order and the pizzas were pretty average. Jerk chicken was dry and the "pork belly" was literally sliced ham." Beers were good and the staff was nice. But probably wouldn't bother coming back.
  • Let me preface this with the positives. The place is beautiful. Also its a fairly nice looking menu and the beers are good ( of course this depends on your palate). The server seemed out of it. Makes sense if he was hung over given it was new years day. Our biggest issue is that the chef did not seem to think much about my partners fodmap intolerances. We asked the server to please let us know what its possible for us to have and share. After checking with the chef our selection was limited to 3 items ( which is completely fine if they are indeed without garlic or onion). This was not the case and my parter was sick all day after the meal as the chef didnt think about what they use in sauces and dips. Despite the hidden onion and garlic the food here was bland but ok. We ordered the bread plate, halumi pizza, and the burger. The sauce with the bread plate was the winner. The pizza base was perfect too. The burger was dry . It would be ok for a 10 dollar burger but for the price the burger was disappointing. All in all 5/5 location. 3/5 food but super disappointing that they could not take the time to think through the ingredients and made for a miserable afternoon and evening for my partner.
  • The food was excellent; the beers superb but the best part was the staff. On a Sunday of a long weekend, busy as it could handle, the staff laughed and joked amongst themselves and with the guests. Great to see.
