  • Great location, clean room, comfy bed and great staff. Handy if you want to gamble at the Casino which was the only reason we stayed there. No under cover car parking though.
  • When there for the first time meeting up with my cuz staff and friendly to get on I will come backiiii
  • We stay and dine regularly at Sky City Casino and absolutely love it. From the moment we pull into the car park the concierge is there to assist straight away with luggage, staff at reception are alwa...  more »

  • Mostly filled with slot machines, and blackjack tables. There isnt enough Texas Holdem or Carribean studd.
  • Great events including Oktoberfest. Table games are good but keep a close eye on the black jack dealers. They're not trying to cheat you but some of them are kinda new and are still learning ropes of dealing.
  • Large spacious rooms. Massive bathroom. Beautiful view over the ocean. I had room service for dinner as was late getting in and it was fabulous. Only downsides were the significantly long distance to the carpark (parked in the free casino carpark, there was a car park a little closer but lots of $$ to park there and it looked full) and the very loud fountain in the hotel atrium which I could hear clearly in the lounge area of my room (though not the bedroom)
  • Customer Service deserves a zero star rating - I have never encountered more sullen, unhelpful or hostile staff utterly uninterested in helping their hotel guests. Not that I particularly needed anything, just ordering a latte with breakfast (something else they charge you extra for - look out for all thise sneaky hidden charges) or requesting the empty buffet breakfast dishes were re-filled, rewarded you with hostile glares and the distinct impression that you were being an enormous pain. When I pay an additional $28 for breakfast - I'd like to eat what's advertised on the menu please. Staff barge past you in the restaurants and bars - I assumed their business must be far more important than mine. Customer service clearly hasn't been invented in Darwin yet. Shame - cos the hotel room was great, with one of the best views I've ever seen. But the hotel should not give itself a 5 star rating - it is a low 4 star at best.
  • We visited for breaky it was great value and great service.
