Mindil Beach Markets, Darwin

(3.8/5 based on 460+ reviews on the web)
At Mindil Beach Markets, peruse the many stalls selling food, crafts, clothes, toys, Territorian items, and more. Enjoy the free entertainment, usually in the form of circus-style acts like jugglers and fire breathers. A large grassy area toward the sand dunes is the perfect place to set up your own chairs, tables, and blankets. It’s a magical spot where you can shop around the market and taste a variety of cuisines. Grab some takeout and drinks and relax on the beach while watching the sun go down.
