  • I took the family here on a warm day. The water was refreshing but certainly not cold. It has easy access to the pools and very good picnic areas.

  • The setting is lovely, beautiful water color, there were a few bathers so decided to join despite the signs referring to the risk of gastroenteritis and encounter with a crocodile River. There is a beautiful Rainbow Bee-eater, flying low over the water from time to time to catch insects and we swim among the archer fish (quite placid). There is an area in the park with tables and a van selling some food. We have stop on the way to kakadu and it was very nice
