  • One of the best national parks in Australia. Beautiful rainforests, amazing beaches (be careful of the crocs). I've travelled the entire east coast and this is the best it has to offer nature-wise. Make sure to go on a river cruise on the Daintree river to spot the crocs.
  • The beaches were beautiful, but empty. No surprise with all the crocodile warning signs they had. The rainforest was not what I expected; it was filled with big trees and really guided.
  • Beautiful place. Lots of wildlife. I would recommend taking a packed lunch because there aren't many shops.
  • Did the Daintree as part of the Cape Trib Connections - Tour on the 2nd of June . The UNESCO world heritage rainforest walk was very good,,mosquito repellent , long sleeves and shoes needed.
  • Long drive from Cairns, much more can be seen / done closer ie: Atherton Tablelands. Expect to write a full day off going up to Cape Trib.
