  • Great view from the top. Sighted whales jumping during October. Wouldn't recommended it for people with young kids or physical cannot climb up stairs. It is fenced & safe up top.
  • Went to a bad weather day, but still the view is best. Have visited on holiday so visitors all the time. It is not only in the car. Free parking is available. Gaps may not available to Park people playing on the beach, so, so much waiting.

  • Our family looks forward to this wonderful free event every year, free music, spectacular sculptures and all with the beautiful backdrop of Currumbin Beach. This festival is a must do.
  • View fantastic, service their ... but no wow or care ... We asked for a glass of the best Chardonnay it arrived, it was good but no 'I hope you like my selection it's from blah blah'. But truly the meat board at $35 was god awful. A portion of slow cooked ribs smothered in bbq sauce, chorizo pan fried and dripping with fat, the most terrible Grey salty broiled slices of what they said was lamb inedible (it was truly the worst thing I have tasted), a dollop of very ordinary dip, olives, tinned artichokes and par-bake bread. We imagined that a meat board would have some semblance to a charcuterie selection, not a way to get rid of the weekends odds and ends at a premo price.
  • Friends were there this morning, they are regular customers. One asked could she have chicken cheese and avo toasted sandwich (not on menu). Male staff person said that it was ok. Second person ordered avo on toasted Turkish bread. Female brought out for first person, avo on tstd T b, second received avo on tstd T b plus slice of cheese? beside it. They told her what they ordered and female gave second customer her avo on tstd T b as ordered. Female took second order back to kitchen and original male came back and said they don't do chicken until after midday. First customer asked, you won't do chicken at 11.35am, but you will at midday, male replied, that's correct. Why didn't staff give the first person the option to change her order and not give her something of the kitchen's choice. First person said she therefore would only have her coffee. Second person had her avo on tstd T b and coffee. They left Elephant Rock Cafe, their regular coffee meeting place, a place visited for decades, for the very last time. We are very long time locals, with very many friends who will be made aware of a very disappointing experience.
  • Been here 3 times. Always great food and service with nice views. They even catered for 'The Fussy One' in the group accommodating their requested changes to the menu items. We even had 3 little dogs with us once without any problems 🐶🐕🐩
  • Lovely Cafe, great views. Had some breakfast, was delicious. On a beautiful day, you can not beat it. Can be very busy on the weekends.
  • Not impressed with service or food. Wait staff untrained. meals very slow to come out. all three tables that sat down after us served their meals before us. ( we had ordered hamburgers and chips and a vegie wrap) when we asked a waitress to check to see how our meals were coming along she never bothered to come back and tell us. after waiting another ten minutes we had to then ask another waitress to check for us. the chips were nice but the bun was an American style one tough and greasy and I had a heap of trouble trying to cut it in half so I could eat it. in the end i just gave up and just ate the meat. my partners said his wrap was fresh but dead boring.
