The Big Banana, Coffs Harbour

Been here many times when travelling by further north of south back home. Such a great place with a lively atmosphere and delicious food. The ice skating here is amazing. The staff are prepared to help you whenever you may need help quite a good, maintained rink too. The tobogganing runs quite smooth and you get to control how fast or slow you go. When up the top there is the most beautiful views, of the park and surrounding landscape. I would definitely reccommend to any tourists visiting or travellers passing by the big banana is definitely worth your time.

The only shame of this visit was that I didn't have a full day to enjoy the place properly and that is on me. There will be a next time. The banana foods on offer were mouth watering. My partner says he is happy to drive the 6 or so hours it would take to come and eat and drink at the Big Banana again. Absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and prompt with their service. Prices are in the mid range on some items however there truly is something for every budget. The gift shop is well stocked with lots on offer, from smaller novelty items to gifts like fresh Australian banana butter and spreads, high quality aprons, hats and the like. Some art was on sale while I was there as well. Banana ice cream shake is all I want right now and I'm too far away to get it.

Great place for the family to spend a day out with the kids. Lots of different activities to choose from. If it's summer time the water park is fantastic. Love the new games room, lots of fun!! Cafe is always good food too! Love there breakfast menu & milk shakes

It has so much to do, but each activity had its own entrance fee, which is a good thing, cause you don't have to do everything in one day and exhaust the kids. The water park ticket is for a block of 1h45m and you can then upgrade if you want to stay longer. It was a relatively empty day but queues on the waterslides were slow. I can only imagine how little you could use them in a summer day, as you'd spend a lot of those 105 minutes lining up. Under 3 don't pay but can still get in and enjoy the splash area, which was really fun! You have a snack bar inside, and plenty of shade for when you want a break from the rides. We also played mini golf. Quite easy for kids, which is good, and very well maintained, but 100% under the sun.

What a fantastic day we had here. The staff were so friendly and were extremely interactive with our group. The Giant Slide was our favourite part. And would especially like to thank the 2 lovely girls who looked after us so well. We visited on the 7th of Feb. I’m so sorry I forgot to get their names. Keep up the good work girls. Can’t wait to come back
