Quite a big and well maintained garden with a lot of variety, I was suprised that it wasn't promoted more as a local attraction. Well worth visiting. I was really impressed by the rare and endandered plants section. Everything was well labelled and described. I thought this was a real eye opener showing how agriculture and other human impacts really are affecting plant species here.

A very pleasant set of walking trails in a variety of habitat. Plus a very friendly canteen for tea/coffee & nibbles.

:( :( :( It's not just the cafe closed on Good Friday. We went for a picnic in the gardens, thinking we don't mind glasshouse and cafe and shop being closed) (11 of us including kids) and there is a big locked gate across. So FYI - if it says cafe closed, it means the whole thing! We are from Blue Mountains and leaving tomorrow, so won't get to come back. I certainly looks beautiful from the gate. :(
