Offering visitors a truly unusual wine experience, Sevenhill Cellars is not only the oldest and arguably the finest winery in South Australia, but is also the parish center serving eight worshipping communities throughout the region. Originally established by the Jesuits in 1851, the cellars provide sacramental wine for religious purposes across Australia and Asia. This award-winning winery is also a tourist attraction, producing a wide range of white, red, and fortified wines. Omg.... The wines..... Hrmmmmm hnnggghhh
Went there yesterday for tasting, as a wine student. Warmly welcomed and well treated, as students we were nicely served throughout the tasting list, even though they were quite busy all the time. Good valued wine, do not have a lot budget but ended up buying 13' Barbera and 06' Cab Sauv. Very good experience and hope to get to know you guys more.
Well worth a visit, even if you aren't a wine drinker. The old Jesuit church is very interesting and you can sit in the gardens with a hamper for lunch. Of course if you do like wines then there are plenty to taste as well. If you are in Claire then you should stop by
The old church is definitely worth a look.
Very far to me but really I wanted to taste your wines
