  • I grew up in farming area so this place is a tad boring. My toddler loved all the animals. The walks around farm along coast are lovely and shows are kind of entertaining.  more »

  • This is a must place to visit. It is around $30 entry for a family of four or you get a discount if your a member of RACV, you can easily spend a well entertained 3-4hrs here. If you want to just kick back and enjoy 360 degrees of beautiful mother nature or get up close to pat the wide range of farm animals, watch the farm dogs round up the sheep to be sheared and go for a walk through the old house from the early 1900's to see first hand how they use to live, then enjoy whats on offer at the cafe. This place is perfect for all ages and has the convenience of wheelchair access.
  • Absolutely love Churchill Island! There is a lovely track that goes around the island, it's an easy stroll, about 5kms. If you just want to visit, walk or run and check out the beautiful views you don't need to pay. If you want to visit the historic homestead and farm there is a charge, but it's quite reasonable, $35 a family. For this you can look through the house, enjoy the gardens and participate in farm activities like, milking the cows, feeding the baby animals and go on a hay cart ride. I think there is also a working dog show. The activities don't usually start till around 12. 30. Put it on your must visit list.
  • Nice place to visit. Peacock wandering around. They had horse and cart ride and some informative events such as sheep shearing, cow milking, whip cracking. Some people were trying the whip cracking too. Kept quite heritage
  • We always have a great time at this place. It's a relaxing and family friendly place charged with history and old fashioned ambient. The scenery here is unique. You can also have a walk around the island of you are looking for free options
  • Nice experience to walk around the farm and see how life was all those years ago. Fun for the kids with the animals. Cafe had nice food
