  • Rug up for an early morning walk in the park. It's very peaceful and has a great kids playground. It's an easy walk from the historic Castlemaine railway station.  more »
  • Take a thermos and sandwich or picnic with family. So well maintained, plenty of picnic areas, toilets etc.  more »
  • Beautiful collection of Elms, we just spent 20 minutes but I would like to head back in Spring and see the change. Castlemaine is lucky to have such a great park.  more »

  • This a beautiful place to go for a walk. A broad range of elm trees and lovely colours.
  • Loved our visit to the gardens. The facilities were great and very well kept. The playground was loved by the kids. Well worth a visit for a picnic. A very popular spot.
  • Great place for a BBQ. Walk. Family catch up. Or to let the kids play. Such a beautiful place
  • Very nice place. Be it a stop for coffee & walk b4 u continue your driver or take the family or a date for a relaxing walk. Very well thought out area gr8 BBQ's gr8 play area. My only bad thought was how can so many other town's get it so wrong lol. This garden/park is well worth the time to stop & wander through
