  • When visiting Canberra, a visit to the old "glass factory" is, at the very least, a duty. Upon the payment of a sum minor annoyance, the visitors, with proper precautions, are allowed inside the hothouse of processing and may be packed the glass object that no longer wish to, participating in person to its shape and the colour of the product.

  • Did a two day glass blowing course and it was Brilliant! Our teacher was Sui and he was fantastic, he was incredibly attentive and beyond my expectations for talented! We managed to blow all of the items I had hoped for in the two day course and Sui made the entire experience both fun and educational! I would highly recommend doing a course at the Canberra glassworks and if you can get Sui as your instructor then I am positive you will have a sensational experience!
  • An up close and personal experience is readily available. The products on display are incredible.... so are the prices of a hamburger in the cafe. Cheapest burger (children's size) $10 up to $21 FOR A HAMBURGER!! The average price was about FIFTEEN BLOODY DOLLARS!!
  • Really enjoyed watching the glass artists at work in the glass blowing workshop, feeling the heat and seeing glass objects being formed right in front of your eyes. It's like a magic show with candy-coloured glass. You can also buy glass objects from the shop, knowing that they are unique handmade pieces and make great gifts.
  • small place but Interesting, you can saw people doing the glass and it's free!!
  • Must see ... apart from the great artwork it is fascinating to watch the artists at work
