  • Early morning visit, very peaceful. We took coffee and breakfast with us and were so lucky to also have low lying fog in the valley that rose gently as we breakfasted. Just beautiful!  more »
  • Worth the drive to get there....the lookout overlooks the final kilometres of the Warragamba Dam catchment and provides great photo opportunities right on dusk. Short walking trails, covered picnic ta...  more »

  • Fantastic lookout over lake Burragorang and the mountain ranges just under an hour from Sydney. Beautiful place for a family picnic lunch with plenty of picnic tables( which are all painted with an indigenous theme) , BBQ's as well as a playground for the kids. There are toilets available as well and it is wheelchair/ pram accessible
  • Awesome, unspoilt. One of the prettiest views in New South Wales. Locals told me it is part of the Sydney water catchment areas and its a restricted area. Which means it's absolutely pristine.
  • Great view! This little gem closes at 6pm so it's hard to get dusk photography in summer but it's a great vista for views over the dam.
  • Great view over the lake. Can't go down into it as it's protected water catchment.
  • Good place to go for a short picnic with a nice view not really much to do around the area so nice on a Sunday afternoon or when it's cloudy in winter
