  • Great walking paths and such a variety of birds and other wildlife. Best thing is it's free. Playground for the kids as well.

  • What a great place for a walk around a series of freshwater wetlands. Paths are easy to manage even with kids. There are picnic tables, a large children's playground and a shelter shed with toilets within the park. The habitat attracts numerous waterfowl and provides a green haven conveniently close to town. I like to come here for lunch picnic when I am in town. It's a wonderful place to stroll through, relax and listen to bird song at present as many of the eucalyptus trees are in blossom. Don't forget your camera.

Sometimes the floating water weed Salvinia chokes the pond but currently this seems under control. • Great park for kids. Lots of fun and plenty of wildlife.
  • Nice spot for some photos, a walk or ride with the kids.
