Pacific Fair certainly has had a modern stylish upgrade, and now rivals its close neighbour at Robina, offering inside and outside shopping, that it has been popular for. Was impressed. My biggest dis... read more »
Love the revamped centre - really tropical and "caribbean holiday" sort of feel. Great new shops and loads of fabulous eateries. Just a really great space, more centres should follow suit!

We have been to Pacific Fair in the past and been happy previously but back this time and we are amazed with the upgrades. A new section called 'The Patio' was just the thing we needed after shopping - we sat down as a family on a comfortable lounge and my wife was able to breastfeed while we relaxed. There is a bottom section which almost resembles a resort pool with a bridge across it. New shops are very upmarket, high end brands with huge retail fronts (something we wanted to visit being from a small town). Looking forward to coming back when the upgrades are finished!
Amazingly beautiful.. love the new look and the layout is a fusion between tropical and modern.. Awesome atmosphere.. with all the resting places to choose from its so relaxing you don't feel stressed or rushed from shopping..and the shopping..Wow.. there's so many quality shops to buy fashion from and I mean Fashion not just clothes..One more thing the food is mind blowing..theres the Patio up stairs and you can eat your way through there with satisfaction and delight.. but my favourite is Sushi Hero downstairs near the fruit market.. Delicious.. you'll never eat sushi anywhere else again.. Thanks Pacific Fair..I'm an Uber driver and I always recommend tourists and locals to go there because I know they won't be disappointed, and the feedback I get from them proves it..The upgrade was well worth it..
I was a regular shopper at Pacific Fair but never again. Why would I pay for parking at Pacific Fair when I can go to Robina Town Centre which has fantastic car parks that are free as well as a great shopping centre. I feel sorry for the Pacific Fair tenants who pay huge rents but are losing customers in droves.
Pacific Fair Car Parking Ticket Machines are so BAD that you have to REACH to get the ticket and hope you don't damaged your side mirror on your car trying to get close to the ticket machine that is way to far of the edge. Having boom gates malfunction often & other peoples cars get damaged. Coming out of the car park Coles end someone in front took 4 goes to put ticket in to get out as the machine didn't work. Then today I read that if you have a Personalized Number Plates the ticket machine will not recognise this only Government Plates. Someone had to get 4 tickets to get in. Have complained about this hard to reach to get ticket since it has opened. So I guess more terrible things will keep happening if Management Doesn't listen to their customers and GET RID OF THESE TICKET MACHINES or have on customers.
I LOVE the new upgraded areas of Pacific fair and agree that it is one of the best shopping centres in Australia easily. I like the food hall (The Patio) as it has lots of food options including burgers, hot dogs (The Snag Stand), seafood, ice cream and a juice press that is similar to Boost but healthier. All in all an amazing shopping experience (not including the old area which has not been upgraded yet). I do have one complaint though, the new parking situation is HORRIBLE, unless you have a car the size of a shoe. While trying to enter and exit I (and everyone else that i know) hits the curb with their rims causing their car to have constant scratches everywhere. Also you have to pay for parking (free for 3 hours, and an extra hour if you are going to Event Cinemas).
