Vuly Play, Brisbane

Cannot recommend Vuly highly enough. The quality first and foremost is clear and apparent in all the parts of the trampolines. With a family of 3 kids, with the accessories and the trampoline, everyone has something. This is a tall feat for a large family but is so easily been achieved with our Vuly trampoline. Have our eyes on the monkey bars set next! Will be the perfect addition for our kids.

We have a Vuly Ultra Small trampoline and it is fantastic. Very easy to put together compared to our previous trampoline. Trampoline is very well built and the kids absolutely love it. Shade Cover clips onto the top poles and tent walls turn it into a great cubby house. These accessories all go directly onto the trampoline and feel like like a well planned add-on not just an afterthought like many of these things can be. Fantastic product will be looking into the other Vuly products.

Glad to have purchased from Vuly. Transaction went smoothly, changing order from delivery to pickup was easy. Pleasant, accurate and timely service!! Packaging is great...Ready to be shipped off and for the little ones to enjoy the you beaut trampoline. Thank you guys - see you again in the New Year! Merry Christmas.

Purchased our XL Quest in November 2021as a xmas present for our 3 children. Several parts on the frame and ring swing were faulty so we could not assemble after hours spent trying. After many complaints and hours of time spent compiling information to be sent to Vuly we finally received the replacement parts on 8th Feb 2022 which we just attempted to put together. 2 of the parts were not sent and the replacement parts that were sent are faulty (no holes cut on ends to attach bolts etc) so we are still unable to assemble the set. We attempted to get in touch formally with Vuly via a letter on 31st Jan 2022 requesting a total refund and we have not heard anything back even though I have asked via their FB page if anyone received my letter. We also have other issues with this company but too many to fit into this review. I have had no phone call or response to my Facebook messages or letter. I have demanded a full refund for the $3008.00 product that is sitting in my backyard unusable for a second time today and I expect a response this time. Your company should be ashamed of the product quality you are sending to your customers - it is an absolute disgrace.

Take Bit effort to install but go for years. My one still working fine after 5 years. Just need to replace some parts which is easy to order separately , recommended
