Very interesting trip and tour. Guides (aka convicts and guard ) were very informative and entertaining. Good value for money and a unique piece of Brisbane history.

10 stars. The 3 tour guides did a fantastic job at managing 2 bus loads of grade 4 kids. Calling it an experience is an understatement as well as calling the 3 guides gentlemen and scholar especially (future Dr.) Dennis - a walking / talking history book who invested 3 years studying Brisban history. These gentlemen put me and the kids to shame with keeping high energy, not showing a glimpse of tiredness over the 2+hr tour walking across and back on the island. A must visit for anyone who has an interest in Brisbane history but get bored easily. These men are masters of edutainment ( education / entertainment).
