  • So very disappointed! Initially excited to explore the museum however, very minimal exhibits. Only one was Disney. So if you’re into that well….maybe. Dinosaur exhibit not opening again until next...

  • Very much enjoyed the Magic of Animation exhibit. So great to see original artwork. If you are a Disney fan or animation fan, this is the place to go!

  • We went to see the 'Disney, the Magic of Animation' exhibition as I spent my youth working in the industry before the days when computerized animation became the norm. It was wonderful to step back...

  • Awesome Museum! Great ammenities, modern, large. The natural exhibits are awesome. Great place for a monthly family outing! Multiple areas around to eat and to be entertained. Bonus is easy access with loads of close parking.
  • Great Museum! It is an awesome experience. Several exhibits to chose from. The dinosaurs are also a favorite. We went during the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing celebration and exhibition. It was great to see the excitement.
  • We came here for the Disney 100 years of Animation. Such good exhibit, a must see for everyone. my 35 year old son took me for a date to see it. Such a lovely trip down to memory lane recollecting where he was, how he felt, who he was with on every Disney movie l. We had a great time. Photos are a little dark on some, flash is not allowed. Booking is not necessary but to avoid delay it is a must esp on weekends. Paid parking is easy here there are 4 large carparks around but the most convenient is below this museum suitable for older people like myself.
  • I would definitely recommend a visit to the Queensland Museum. I had a look at all of the free exhibitions and there's something for everyone. The Anzac Day war exhibit was super informative and interesting with all of the artefacts from the era. The mineral had some great items too if that's your bag. And then the animal section was fantastic. Huge preserved sea creatures, skeletons, Australian wildlife, and live insects and a snake.
  • so many fun things to do here! there are many interactive and educational exhibits to look at. the kids especially loved the animals and insects. would recommend this as a day trip as it is a large museum and takes awhile to get through (especially if your little ones want to have a play around).
