  • We got off the ferry and the museum was just a short walk. The Diamantina frigate (river class) was the star of the show. She is the only one left out of 135 built. We had the audio guides but we met ...  more »

  • Fantastic location on the water with a serene view of the water and city. The historic ambience of the structure and ship combine to make this a place I will be coming back to. Strongly recommend.
  • Very good and awesome that you can go down into the dry dock now. Seems like some work needs to be done on the inside now. There some great stuff in there but it's not being used to its full potential.
  • Great place to learn a bit of history. Not as good as the one in Sydney however.
  • Don't miss this place. Worth a visit.
  • Although small but it has a good set of exhibits. And Diamantina is absolutely a must to see from the inside.
