  • WE had a very interesting visit to the Opal Museum. Geoff was very friendly and we thought informative. He told us that we could apply for the GST Tax Refund at the airport on departure from Australia...  read more »
  • The Museum is connected to a jewelry shop. The owner is very nice and responds to all questions. The introductory video is available in multiple languages. All in all very interesting but unfortunately only very entertaining. To yourself to see the exhibits and read the information sheets, you need 15 minutes vllt. I think you could expand it and then also entry for demand.

  • Charming and cozy place. In January 2016, it certainly us from the rain. Here the Museum's caretaker slowly told us about opals and showed a video about how these semi-precious stones are formed in nature and how are mined. And the output I decided to treat myself and bought an inexpensive but elegant pendant. Overall, a nice place to hide from the rain and spend time with benefit)))
