  • I stopped into Bright for a few nights on chance as I made my way through the mountains. I'm never one to pass up a brewery; and these folks have done it right. The beer is properly good. If it's distributed then I'll buy it. If it's not, then guys, please get it out there! Oz needs more of this stuff! They've got a large main room to eat and drink in the winter, and it's backed up with a patio out back along the river. I didn't eat but the food coming out looked good. I was tempted. Keep it up, Bright Brewery!
  • I had the sliders and one of their unique beers which tasted like smoked roast lamb. It was such a perfectly matching combination of drink and food. The beer carried on the flavour of the sliders perfectly. The food was very well presented, the service was warm, welcoming and kind. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. It was obvious that the owners cared greatly about their customers and the dining experience. An absolute must to visit while in Bright.
  • The beer was great however like everything service is key. Maybe it doesn't cater for families however found the majority of staff aloof, arrogant and not at all customer centric. It would seem that if you order at the bar you pretty much have to do everything else too and careful if you need assistance ...ie: 'greeted' at the bar by a stern faced bar man when asking for a table who waved us toward the tables like we were clueless, I ask for a highchair with my arms full and pointed in a direction on the other far side of the restaurant by a young non-smiling pimply lass who wasn't doing anything anyway....or served a half cooked doughy pizza for my 6yr old only to be told quote "well the bases are pre cooked" as if to subtly argue the point....my opinion, if the dough is 'heavy and doughy' it obviously hasn't been put in long enough....this was all after we were promptly and rudely told the kitchens close at 3pm when we walked in at 20mins to 3pm. There was a nice waitress who spoke to us like we were actually human who also refunded us for the pizza although that wasn't the point...We might have gone back however besides the beer not exactly somewhere I'd go back in a hurry nor recommend. Half a star really if that.
  • Good beers, nice food. Great atmosphere for Sunday lunches with a band playing. Can be very cold outside at night if you can't sit near a heater so dress appropriately. My favourite is the porter though my girlfriend loved the Russian Imperial Stout.
  • Pizza was amazing! Beer is just as good. If your in town, have a beer here and let me know what you think!'
