  • Beautiful park with lots of walking trails and places to eat food. Good place to spend quality time with a growing family.
  • Really good place to go with family. BBQ kids play ground and you can go for walking a long and quite walking track.
  • I come here often to have a brisk 5km walk, kids love to bring their bikes. A couple of times over the last couple of months we've been lucky enough to see an echidna..!
  • Used to visit as a kid and I always had a great time! Lovely for picnics, animals and playing around as it has a MASSIVE playground! It's not crowded very often, either..
  • A large natural bush park. A welcome and restful place with free family electric bbq facilities (very clean) and meals and picnic seating and tables scattered about, among lots of green grass, shady trees and walking paths. A large shady fun children's playground facility is provided too, plus clean toilet and rest facilities. The park comprises approx 300 hectares with a history that goes way back to the days surrounding the turn of the 20th Century. A lot of its history can be read about via sign-posts and plaques along the walking tracks... Pharlap was stabled there in 1930 prior that year's Melbourne Cup!
