  • Bicheno was our stop for the night between Launceston and Hobart. We walked around the area and came upon it. Our accommodation was just a 5 mins walk from the blowhole. I guess if it's convenient and...  more »

  • Good place to come eat your fish and chips from the gulch. There's even a picnic table and bench (just one though). Beautiful.
  • Relaxing and fun watching the ocean crash through the small space in between rocks and shoot water into the air. Kids have fun getting wet in the spray and on a stormy day it is wild! Very easy and close access from the road and a good viewing spot where you can sit in your car and watch from the road too.
  • Great place to visit. Free entry. We went on high tide and saw some large waves
  • nice for a rest stop but not much to really see. Bicheno town is only 5 min drive away. worth a look if your in the area. photo opportunities, really depends on weather and surf
  • Worth a look. Try for a day with plenty of swell. Easy to get to from the car park
