#1 of 12 in Theme Parks in Western Australia
Just 18 km (11 mi) away from Perth, Adventure World is crowded with kids of all ages. A big draw is exciting rides such as Kahuna Fall, the largest water playground of its kind in Australia, plus pools and attractions. • This place has come a long way in the last 20yrs. It is actually a very good fun park with great rides and good facilities for people of all ages. It has some very good food options although quite expensive. Pack a lunch and you will save heaps. There is a Red Rooster just around the corner and Hungry Jacks and KFC down the road at a small shopping centre where you can buy other takeaway foods. Entry to the park is not cheap but worth it if you picked a nice day and spent most of it there. The Perth sea breeze can cool, even chill, the hottest of days so plan after looking at the weather forecast. A season pass can be huge value for money if you make the effort to use it half a dozen times or more. When busy, the wait in lines can be very long so pick your day carefully. Great for young kids as there is a smaller water playground located next to a dedicated set of children rides. Be warned: The car park is isolated from the park and is a known area for break ins. Don't leave valuables in your car! The park is also known for people stealing bags and valuables from their picnic area; using the lockers would be a good idea. Slip, Slop, Slap is also highly recommended as the Perth summer sun takes no prisoners, especially when waiting in line for rides. Great day out for all the family when well planned.
  • Been here many times over the years and it keeps getting better. Staff are always nice. The kiddie land is fun for adults as well; there's something for everyone. Weather does affect the rides which closed due to rain, but it also made the lines nice & short. Favourite rides inc. Monorail, Kraken, Goliath, River Rapids, and many more. Being in a large group meant having designated undercover area and food tickets for burger & ice cream which was awesome. Perfect for families or even solo travellers. Make sure to check website for details before you go as parking can be an issue, as can ride heights and footwear/bathers wear. A good day.
  • Terrific day out for the family. We've been to major theme parks around the world and while adventure world can't really match them on size, it definitely has great rides, water and quality service, food and friendly staff which made the day every bit as fun. Really nice grassed areas with shady trees and tops for letting you take in your own Esky with food and drinks.
  • Adventure World, more like the best place on earth! The staff there were amazing to my son with special needs. Really well trained and explained everything very clearly and concisely. One young man named Scott working the new waterslide helped my autistic son and reassured him. My heart was touched by this and every staff member treated us with respect, always going the extra mile. Would 1000000% recommend coming here for a great day out. Thanks guys!!! :)
  • Great place for the family pack a lunch and a shade tent get in early to set up for a long day. Staff was incredible took time out to have a water fight with my 5yr old. Cant wait to go back
