  • What amazing work they are doing at this working farm. You get to see day old seahorses and feed them. They take you on a 40 minute tour of the aquariums and at the end you get to hold a seahorse. Wel...  more »
  • Warm and friendly welcome folloed by a very informative tour. Some other species of fish plus a 'handling' experience was an added bonus. We would highly recommend.  more »
  • For $22 you can learn all about the operations of a commercial seahorse exporter. Great. 3-rooms of seahorses in tanks. Once you realise it's not a museum, not an ecological or research facility, and ...  more »

  • Fantastic experience. The tour was informative & professional. The facility is spotlessly clean & well cared for. I'm sure the sea creatures that live there are treated the same way. Maintaining aquariums is a complex task & you can tell these guys know what they are doing. The tanks looked of an adequate size to me. Reading some previous reviews obviously some people are never happy, no matter how hard you try. Keep up the good work Sea Horse World. We will be back.
  • I only went to get Ice cream and was very shocked by the attitude of one of the staff members in particular. Soon as we walked in she said "Ice Cream!" but not in a cheery way at all. Next I picked out my flavour and she said with a sigh "That ones really hard to scoop" and that was it. The ice cream was ok but honestly how to you really enjoy anything when you have to go through something like that to get it?!
  • Very educational a once in a life time visit. Nice gift shop and cafe.
  • Really interesting! Great tour with lots of information. Kids loved it
  • Sea horse world is stupid. Big fish in small tanks, a lobster in a tank so small that it cannot move. Inhumane. Picking up sea horses out of the water. Inhumane. Although the guide did give us some interesting information, the whole facility is cruel and inhumane. A tank with a lion fish eels and many other types of fish in a small tank. Animal cruelty. I also heavily doubt this place does any research at all. This place ought to be shut down. Would not recommend to anyone
