We spoke with the passionate owner, about his rowing career in England and Australia and set up this farm with his wife after his retirement. He described how he was the only in Australia its own Lavender scents Stokes. It was very hot, but very nice to here by the pretty gardens. Also his small shop selling related products is worth it. The small entrance fee is a donation for a good cause.
The owner gave us a very warm welcome at the door and very chatty. The products in the gift shop have a much higher quality than other places. Highly recommend the lavender ice cream and lavender honey to those who love lavender.
Lovely work and fragrance by a retired couple. He gets the lavender fragrance / oil, while she I'd a wizard with ideas of how to use it. Quaint little garden. Best time to visit is November.
